Sitting just outside of the 20,000 square foot Rex Phebus Veterans Memorial Building, the Globe Memorial represents the many theaters of war American troops have traversed throughout history.  Surrounding the globe are four short white walls, each brandishing a bronze plaque memorializing veterans and details of their campaigns and service.  One plaque is dedicated to the internment of Japanese-Americans during WWII.  A line of flag poles representing the branches of the armed forces along with the American flag complete the layout.
