Dionna Paris Takes Over Position of Company Controller

Madera, CA - April 16, 2010 - B-K Lighting and TEKA Illumination are pleased to announce that Dionna Paris has accepted the position of Company Controller for B-K Lighting, TEKA Illumination and their affiliated companies Star Finishes, Blue Dolphin Design and Engineering and the Etendue Café.

In her new role, Paris will manage the overall financial operations including budget maintenance, business office operations, payroll, human resources and accounts receivables.

B-K Lighting and TEKA Illumination. “With experience ranging from financial management to the development of corporate operations, we foresee her bringing a lot to the table.”

Before joining B-K Lighting and TEKA Illumination, Paris worked in Finance for Guardian Industries Corporation, manufacturers of float and fabricated glass; and Crown Jewels Marketing and Agribusiness, producers and distributors of fresh fruits and produce.

She attended California State University, Fresno, graduating on the Dean’s List with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

She officially took over as Company Controller on April 13, 2010.
